Brandauer’s story of electrification: Part Two
As the plans for electrically powered vehicles ploughs on and signals the end of the sale of new petrol and diesel cars by 2040, there will be heavy demand on PCB manufacturers.
As part of an ongoing podcast series, The Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce invited Brandauer chief executive Rowan Crozier on to discuss the benefits and the application process of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise.
A previous winner of the award, Brandauer received the accolade for International Trade due to its incredible export successes. Those achievements include the production of 90% of the world’s kettle base connectors, exported to China. We have used the award to recognise and celebrate our incredible staff, but also as a vehicle to drive awareness outside the company walls – we can’t recommend it enough, so we say “go for it!”.
