After successful implementation of inline laser marking, Brandauer are pleased to announce a further investment in a laser marking system equipped for any low volume marking requirements. Whether it’s a machine readable matrix laser marked for traceability or an alternative to commemorative plate and award engraving, we can service your needs.

WHAT IS IT?

Brandauer have invested in a Custom designed Electrox Workstation and D Box Raptor 1 Marking System

WHAT CAN WE MARK?

Machine readable codes (e.g. 2D, QR, Barcode)
General purpose permanent marking requirements
Bespoke marking and customer requirements inc. images, text and logos.

HOW ARE THE MARKS GENERATED?

Hand loaded to suit application and laser etched to suit customer specifications.

WHAT MATERIALS CAN BE MARKED?

Brandauer are specialists in working with difficult materials. We accommodate a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel, Beryllium Copper, Aluminium, Brass, Titanium, Phosphor Bronze, High Carbon Steel, Nickel Silver, Copper and Copper Alloys. In addition to the materials above, we can mark a number of polymer materials.
