Brandauer’s story of electrification: Part Two
As the plans for electrically powered vehicles ploughs on and signals the end of the sale of new petrol and diesel cars by 2040, there will be heavy demand on PCB manufacturers.
The Midlands Assembly Network, which Brandauer is a member of, has capped a year of growth by securing one of the region’s leading business awards.
MAN beat off competition from all over the Midlands to win the ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ Award, impressing a high-profile judging panel with its unique ability to work together to land new contracts.
The collective, which features ten world class sub contracting firms, has landed a number of multi-million pound orders in 2013 after offering customers a single source solution to demanding engineering and production challenges.
A number of these projects have been from overseas and this proved the difference when making the decision.
Rowan Crozier, Sales & Marketing Director at Brandauer, commented: “To be named ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ is a fantastic accolade for the Group, and it is very pleasing to see our efforts rewarded and the power of collaboration recognised.”
You can visit Brandauer at the Northern Manufacturing & Electronics Show at the EIA in Manchester, 2-3 October 2013, Stand F74.
