Some of our team members have been with us for decades, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise, while others are newer to the company, bringing in fresh ideas and energy.
This blend of extensive company experience and fresh new industry perspectives allows Brandauer to continue innovating whilst maintaining our reputation of precision and quality.
The diverse team that makes up Brandauer are made from a range of differing roles and experience levels. Throughout all our departments, it is ensured that a strong depth of experience and emerging talent are always working alongside each other. We are learning from one another and paving the way for the future of precision engineering, both internally and globally.
From designers, toolmakers, press operators, quality and administration, our team have a combined over 250 years of engineering experience. This is all at your disposal, with everyone working to the highest of standards to ensure smooth running for all customers.

Every Brandauer team member plays a key role in ensuring customers receive high-quality products and services. Whether it’s through the meticulous work of toolmakers who ensure parts meet the highest standards, or the ongoing communication with customers to streamline product development and meet all delivery targets, the focus is always on delivering the best possible product/experience for our customers.
Quality checks are rigorous, with only the best products leaving the doors. This is coupled with continuous improvement and training, giving teams access to new methods and information so our journey can continue as the primary supplier of all precision components.
Jobs for life
Over many years, Brandauer has seen so many talented individuals come and go. Some of these people have decided to stay with the company for most (if not all) of their incredible career!
Brandauer’s longest serving employees:
Fanny Philips
Fanny is Brandauer’s longest serving employee. In October 1961, preparations were made for a farewell presentation for Mrs Philips. She retired in December 1961 after working for the company for 71 years! Still to this day, she is Brandauer’s longest serving employee! As a thank you, she was given a TV and a pension of £3 per week (worth approximately £85 – £90).
Other notable services
In 1962, Miss M Lane retired from the company after 52 years of service, alongside Mrs A Berry, who had a 43-year long career with Brandauer.
Five years later, Miss Hilda Jameson retired at the age of 63 after working for Brandauer from 20 years of age (43 years).
Mrs Edie Daniels was another member of the team who served Brandauer for over half a century!
Mark Nicholls
Mark began working for Brandauer in August 1978 and retired at the end of March 2026, spending 48 years as one of Brandauer’s top toolmakers.
A presentation was put together for Mark at a team brief, where he said a few words about his time working for Brandauer.
“I’ve been here a long time, and I’ve worked with some fabulous people. I’ve made some really good friends and it’s a great company to work for. This isn’t the last you’ll see of me. I will be back, just not to work! I appreciate the way the company has been with me over the years, and I’ve really enjoyed my time working here… so, thank you very much!”
