Press Shops

The scale of the Brandauer press shop facility spans two floors within a 45,000-square foot manufacturing foot-print. This capacity ensures flexibility within the manufacturing process to deliver high quantity pressings and stampings that meet the customer’s specific component requirements.

Brandauer offer the latest production technology, with a press range from 5T to 125T. Alongside the range of Yamada Dobby, Bruderer and Haulick Roos power presses (18T – 125T), the facility also comprises of Hydraulic and Hydro-Pneumatic 5 Tonne Hare Presses, Seyi (25T – 80T) and Minster (45T – 60T) Power Presses.

Brandauer offer the latest in bespoke modular manufacturing systems for pre-forming, stamping and in-die riveting/tapping. These, along with a range of semi-automated and fully automated systems, designed to ensure minimal human involvement in the ongoing production process, deliver cost savings and globally competitive pricing for customers.

In addition, a fully equipped secondary operations section (both manual and power press) is available and can offer a three-shift capability to meet the most demanding supply schedules.

All of this technology is employed in the context of the most modern and innovative manufacturing processes and quality management systems. Systems of which are subjected to constant internal audit and scrutiny by a dedicated Brandauer Quality Assurance team and benchmarked externally against the very best in the world.

Technology showcase partner for Yamada Dobby

Brandauer’s world class manufacturing environment has been assigned as a technology showcase partner for Yamada Dobby, where a number of open houses are planned throughout the year.

Yamada Dobby are one of the world’s leading manufacturers and providers of precision power presses.

Established in 1919 and supplying precision stamping presses since 1961, they are a well-established Japanese supplier of presses to customers all over the world.
