Automotive Stamping

Brandauer is an established provider of precision metal stamping solutions for the automotive industry.

Presence in the automotive sector spans in excess of 40 years, in which time Brandauer has provided critical components for a variety of automotive requirements.

They include; interior trim clips, insert mouldable components, complex non-ferrous interconnects and components for sensing applications. Notable projects include lead frame components for power steering and review mirror auto-dimming solutions.

Brandauer is also actively supplying bespoke electrical steel laminations including stators/rotors for a variety of different electric motors situated throughout a single vehicle.

Brandauer consistently work in high-spec materials, down to 0.05mm thickness and its specialist in-house tooling service can innovate automated solutions to fulfil the most challenging automotive briefs.
