Quality finishes that perform and endure
Brandauer’s cleaning and heat treatment centre offers a range of capabilities, including metal finishing, deburring, polishing, degreasing and heat treatment for all metal components manufactured by Brandauer. Whatever the final application is, Brandauer can adhere to the properties required by the customer to deliver optimum part performance.
The cleaning and heat treatment facility houses semi-automated solvent cleaning and degreasing lines designed for low energy consumption, inert gas heat treatment plants operating up to 600°C, and fully operational tumbler deburring machines.
What does this do for you?
This area of the Brandauer facility is another piece to the in-house supply chain puzzle. Previously, customers may have needed to go up to three different suppliers to gain access to these value-added processes. Going to external suppliers would add more costs and longer lead times.
With this facility being brought in-house at Brandauer, all metal finishing and cleaning processes you may need for precision metal components can be completed by Brandauer, meaning customers no longer need to access a lengthy supply chain and potentially longer delays.

Once batch manufacturing is complete, components can undergo the specified cleaning and treatment processes outlined in the initial project drawing, including heat treatment, cleaning, degreasing, or deburring, ensuring delivery meets each customer’s exact requirements.
