EloPin®

Brandauer’s EloPin® press-fit connectors deliver secure, solder-free PCB connections with high retention, low resistance, and suitability for automotive and industrial applications up to 150°C.

The only UK full-service supplier of EloPin® Press-Fit technology.

The EloPin® is known to be the most reliable press-fit technology solution for printed circuit boards.

A Press-Fit pin enables the solderless connection of the pins to a PCB. With elastically deformed or solid pins which are forced into the PCB’s plated-through-holes with insertion-tools / machines. The result is a gas-tight and reliable connection between the press-fit area of the pins and the PCB.

The EloPin® Press-Fit is a product developed by TBS Sorig, manufactured and distributed by several independent licensees. Whilst the function and the shape of the pin head are protected. The manufacturing process for the EloPin is open to interpretation. So, ensuring you choose the best manufacturer for your Press-Fit technology is of paramount importance.
