Brandauer warehouse division ensures proper storage and inventory management for all the precision components that come through the facility. Reliability and supply chain support are taken into account to ensure that support for all production needs is in place.
Reliable stock management and delivery
Depending on customer specification, finished components can be shipped loose, held in a fret/frame or in continuous strips on reels. Customers can specify the type of delivery they require, and Brandauer can accommodate this!
Bespoke packaging is developed for the delivery and shipment of every project. Solutions can include vacuum formed trays, returnable plastic reels and boxes, metal, cardboard or plastic spools. All options are configured to suit the exact customer requirements.
Brandauer’s dedicated export and logistics teams are trained to exceed the demands of its customers’ offshore commercial needs. With proven customer management systems, Brandauer responds quickly and efficiently to ordering, bidding, stock holding and stock management requirements. Brandauer’s adherence to international quality systems means that the supply chain requirements of manufacturers across the world can be fulfilled.

Part 8 – Warehouse and delivery
Onto the final stage, the order has been raised, feasibility and PPAP have been conducted and confirmed, strip layout and tool have been designed and manufactured alongside a prototyping test run, components have been manufactured, quality controlled, and all second ops have been completed in cleaning and degreasing. After all that, they end up in the warehouse and logistics department. With bespoke packaging and distribution options, all projects Brandauer work on are tailored for every customer, from concept to delivery, whatever a customer may require, Brandauer will cater to.
