Principles

Brandauer has worked to a set of key values and principles for over 160 years. Whilst these values and missions have changed with the world over this time, it is very clear that we have always strived for precision and quality over everything else.

Vision

“To be the world’s most trusted partner in precision engineering, pioneering sustainable and smart manufacturing solutions that shape the future of connectivity, mobility, and innovation.”

Mission

“To deliver world-class precision-engineered components and assemblies through engineering excellence, collaborative innovation, and sustainable manufacturing — enabling our customers to achieve breakthroughs in performance, quality, and reliability across global markets.”

Our Core Values

We commit to uncompromising quality and accuracy in every process, ensuring our products consistently meet the highest technical standards.

We pursue smart, forward-thinking solutions that solve real-world challenges and create measurable value for our customers and society.

We act with honesty, transparency, and respect in all our relationships, building trust through accountability and ethical business practices.

We believe the best results come from shared knowledge and teamwork — both within our company and through strong partnerships with clients and suppliers.

We strive to reduce our environmental impact through responsible sourcing, efficient processes, and long-term thinking in everything we do.

We honour over 160 years of engineering excellence by continuously evolving, blending tradition with innovation to shape the future of manufacturing.

Investment in young people

Young people are at the heart of Brandauer’s growth and future, and it is firmly believed that the business would not be around today if it wasn’t for the continued investment in young people. Multiple members of the management team and even one of the owners of C. Brandauer & Co. Ltd have risen from Brandauer’s own apprenticeship scheme.

Another huge reason for Brandauer’s investment in young people is the ever-growing skills gap that is becoming a larger issue for the manufacturing and engineering industry. This was very present at Brandauer, with an average worker age of 58 in around 2014. After 10 years of hard work, the average age sat at just 44, safeguarding the future of Brandauer and the industry as a whole.
